Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Vistex Techno-Functional Lead / Architect with strong expertise in SAP SD and Vistex to lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of Vistex solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, with the ability to understand business requirements, design scalable Vistex solutions, configure SAP/Vistex processes, work closely with ABAP and technical teams, and lead client-facing discussions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Vistex solutions integrated with SAP SD.
- Drive end-to-end Vistex solution architecture based on business requirements.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical and functional solutions.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to project and development teams.

Vistex Functional Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Vistex modules including Rebates, Chargebacks, Billbacks, Royalties, Incentives, Pricing, Claims, and Contract Management.
- Configure and customize Vistex processes based on business requirements.
- Design and configure pricing procedures and related business processes.
- Work on Vistex integration with SAP SD.

SAP SD Expertise :

- Solid understanding of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing,



Credit Management, and Customer Master Data.
- Understand the integration between SAP SD and Vistex business processes.

Technical & Integration Responsibilities :

- Work closely with ABAP developers and technical teams to deliver Vistex solutions.
- Prepare and review functional specifications, RICEFW requirements, and technical designs.
- Troubleshoot and debug IDocs, Interfaces, APIs, User Exits, BADIs, and enhancements.

Implementation & Project Delivery :

- Participate in and lead end-to-end Vistex implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering and business process workshops.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Solution Architecture :

- Define scalable and sustainable Vistex solution architectures.
- Ensure integration and solution designs follow SAP and Vistex best practices.
- Provide architectural guidance across SAP SD, Vistex, and connected systems.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 10 years of overall experience in SAP.
- 8 years of relevant SAP SD experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Vistex configuration and business process design.
- Experience across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and client-facing consulting.

Good to Have :

- SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP experience.
- Experience integrating Vistex with MM and FI.
- Agile project delivery experience.
- Experience leading Vistex/SAP teams.
