Job Title: Gymnastics Coach

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days & Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Gymnastics Coach to deliver engaging training sessions for children across various age groups and ability levels. The role involves planning and conducting classes, ensuring safety, motivating athletes, and supporting their development in a structured and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver gymnastics classes in line with curriculum and methodology
- Plan and conduct age‑appropriate, progressive training sessions
- Assess athlete performance and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare athletes for assessments, showcases, competitions, and events
- Ensure safety protocols and child protection guidelines are followed
- Conduct equipment checks and report concerns promptly
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding athlete progress
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to maintain a positive team culture
- Participate in coach development programs and academy initiatives





Qualifications & Experience

- Certification in Gymnastics Coaching or related sports qualification (BPed / MPed preferred)
- Prior coaching experience in gymnastics, physical education, or children’s sports programs
- Experience working with children across different age groups
