About the Role
Lee Fitness is looking for a motivated, friendly, and responsible Gym Trainer / Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of fitness, strength training, and basic nutrition, along with the ability to guide and motivate gym members.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide members with proper workout techniques and exercises.
- Create basic workout plans according to members’ fitness goals.
- Monitor members’ progress and provide regular guidance.
- Ensure members perform exercises safely and correctly.
- Assist beginners with gym equipment and exercise routines.
- Motivate members and maintain a friendly, positive gym environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper use of gym equipment.
- Provide basic guidance on fitness and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Build good relationships with members and understand their fitness requirements.
- Follow gym safety rules and maintain professional standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Gym Trainer / Fitness Trainer is preferred.
- Good knowledge of strength training, cardio, and basic fitness principles.
- Certification in Personal Training / Fitness Training is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to motivate and work well with different types of clients.
- Freshers with relevant fitness certification and positive knowledge may also apply.
