NAbout the Role

nWeare seeking a confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Guest Relations Executive to represent our wellness & spa outlet inside a 5* Hotel. This is a guest-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and converting interactions into revenue. The role combines hospitality, relationship-building, and direct sales in a premium hotel setting.

NKey Responsibilities

nGuest Engagement & Sales

- Proactively approach and greet guests in the lobby with confidence and warmth
N
- Introduce guests to ourwellness services, express therapies, and special offers
N
- Generate sales by converting walk-in guests through persuasive communication and relationship-building
N
- Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs, time availability, and preferences
N
- Maintain a strong presence in the lounge to maximize visibility and walk-in conversions
N

nRevenue Generation& Promotions

N

n
- Consistently worktowards daily and monthly sales targets
N
- Support cross-promotions with other outlets of the hotel to drive additional footfall
N
- Assist in executing in-lounge promotions, offers, and campaigns
N
- Capture guest interest efficiently
N

nGuest Experience &Brand; Representation

N

n
- Deliver a warm, premium, and professional guest experience at all times
N
- Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the wellness outlet
N
- Address basic guest queries and be a single point of contact
N




- Ensure the outlet ambience, hygiene, and presentation meet high service standards
N

nOperational Support

- Coordinate with therapists/staff to ensure smooth guest flow
N
- Support appointment scheduling and service readiness
N
- Follow SOPs related to service standards, hygiene, and airport compliance
N

nDesired Profile

N

- Strong people skills with confidence in initiating conversations with strangers
N
- Sales-driven mindset;

experience in credit card sales, club memberships, retail sales, hospitality sales, beauty or wellness services is highly preferred

- Comfortable approachingguests and actively promoting services
N
- Excellent communicationskills in English;

additional languages are a plus

- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
