Job Title: Guest Relations Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients/guests with a qualified attitude.
- Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Support patient satisfaction and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain guest records and follow up when required.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or customer service is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,936.44 - ₹25,481.54 per month
