About Tekniti AI

Tekniti AI is building an AI operating system for lettings and property management, helping landlords and letting agencies automate compliance, maintenance and day-to-day operations.

We’re an early-stage AI company working at the intersection of real estate, automation and applied AI, and we’re looking for someone to help us build our go-to-market engine from the ground up.

About the Role

We’re hiring a GTM Intern to work directly with the founders across growth, content, performance marketing, outbound and customer acquisition.

This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll be experimenting with campaigns, creating content, researching customers, testing acquisition channels and using the latest AI tools to move faster.

You won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be helping us figure out what works.

What You’ll Work On

- Create, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Support campaign tracking, attribution, lead generation and conversion optimisation
- Produce content across LinkedIn, short-form video, blogs, landing pages and email
- Use tools such as GPT Image, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs and other AI platforms to create visual, video and audio content
- Experiment with AI and MCP-enabled workflows to automate parts of marketing, research and outreach
- Turn product features, customer pain points and industry trends into compelling campaigns
- Support outbound GTM, lead generation and partnership outreach
- Research letting agencies, landlords, PropTech companies, competitors and market trends
- Help build landing pages,



acquisition funnels and campaign experiments
- Test new channels and ideas to grow Tekniti’s user base
- Work closely with the founders across product, sales, marketing and growth

Who We’re Looking For

We’d especially like to hear from people with:

- Experience or a strong interest in real estate, lettings, property management or PropTech
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads or performance marketing
- Experience creating social, video or digital marketing content
- Confidence using modern AI tools for content, research or automation
- Strong written communication
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of customers
- An experimental mindset and willingness to learn quickly
- Interest in startups, AI and building products from 0 to 1

You do not need years of experience.

We care more about whether you can move quickly, learn new tools, understand customers and turn ideas into campaigns that perform.
