GST & Accounts Executive

Deepika Trading Company is a growing business engaged in the manufacturing and wholesale trading of food and FMCG products, including namkeen, beverages, milk, and other food products.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible GST & Accounts Executive to manage our GST-related work and support day-to-day accounting coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with an expanding business and be part of a team driving operations forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain GST-related compliance and documentation
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time
- Handle GST invoices, input tax credit reconciliation, and related records
- Maintain and verify sales and purchase records
- Coordinate with accountants, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders on GST and accounts matters
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial and tax documentation
- Track GST requirements, deadlines, and compliance updates
- Support the business team with financial and GST-related information as needed
- Work closely with the B2B, growth,



and marketing team as the company expands operations

What We're Looking For

- Good working knowledge of GST and basic accounting
- Familiarity with GST portals and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to maintain organized records and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- A responsible, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Relevant experience in GST/accounts is a plus but not mandatory. Location: Jaisalmer, Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 per month
