Growth Marketing Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and improve performance across the full marketing funnel. The role combines hands-on campaign management with strategy, experimentation, analytics, CRO, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Manage budgets, campaign strategy, audiences, bidding, creatives, and channel allocation.

Track and improve key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.

Analyze the full funnel to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.

Build and execute A/B testing plans across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.

Work with creative and content teams on performance-led creative strategy and briefs.

Improve landing pages, lead journeys, and conversion rates through CRO initiatives.

Ensure accurate tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and CRM integrations.

Build reports, forecasts, and actionable insights for leadership.





Work with sales and other teams to connect marketing performance with lead quality and revenue.

Mentor and manage performance marketing executives or associates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2.5 – 4years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel optimization, remarketing, and conversion strategy.

Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and conversion tracking.

Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience with A/B testing, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in EdTech, education, high-ticket lead generation, or startups.

Understanding of CRO, landing-page optimization, CRM, and offline conversion tracking.

Experience managing or mentoring junior performance marketing team members.
