Blue Dot Transform Consulting is a private limited company based out of pune. It works in multiple domain - training & Coaching, e-commerce, alternative healing modalities.

For the e-commerce brand - Divine Heals, we are currently hiring a growth manager.

Divine Heals is a D2C spiritual products brand — The brand sells crystals, Rudraksha, essential oils, and combination bracelets, with a post-purchase journey designed to move customers into Charu's coaching programmes.

The brand is live, growing, and generating revenue. What it does not yet have is an operational system that can scale without the founder or the business head being pulled into execution daily.

This role exists to build that system — and then run it.

You will own the full operations function of Divine Heals.

Shopify, fulfillment, inventory, post-purchase flows, WhatsApp automation, SOPs, vendor management, customer experience, and the backend processes that make the business work without someone manually holding everything together.

The marketing strategy and content are handled. Charu remains the face of the brand. Your job is to make sure everything behind the face works.

What you will own

Shopify and store operations

Product page quality — descriptions, imagery formatting, size guides, care instructions, trust elements

Inventory management — stock tracking, reorder triggers, low-stock alerts

Checkout experience — friction reduction, GoKwik integration performance, cart abandonment flows

New product launches — end-to-end coordination from product briefing to live listing

Pricing and offer architecture — seasonal promotions, bundle logic, prepaid incentives

Fulfilment and logistics

Shadowfax and XpressBees coordination — daily dispatch, exception handling, return management

Shipping policy — SLA adherence, delay communication to customers, escalation handling

COD to prepaid conversion — building incentive structures and checkout nudges to shift the ratio





Customer experience

Post-purchase WhatsApp sequence — building and managing the 14-day nurture flow in Charu's voice that moves buyers toward the Level I coaching programme

Query handling SOP — standard responses, escalation paths, response time standards

Review and testimonial system — collection, verification, and deployment across Shopify and social

Automation and systems

WhatsApp automation via QuickReply.ai — flows, triggers, campaign sequences

Email marketing — post-purchase drip, product education sequences, seasonal campaigns via whatever tool is in use

CRM or tracking system — building a basic customer record so follow-up is systematic, not memory-based

SOPs and documentation

Every operational process documented — written down, version-controlled, and accessible to the team

Onboarding recent team members into the Divine Heals operational workflow

Monthly operations report — inventory status, fulfilment metrics, customer satisfaction indicators, open issues

What we are looking for

Non-negotiable

4-5 years of hands-on D2C operations experience — you have worked inside a D2C brand and you know what it takes to run one, not just advise one

Shopify proficiency — you can manage products, collections, discounts, apps, and basic theme edits without needing a developer for everything

Experience building or managing post-purchase flows — WhatsApp, email, or both

SOPs mindset — you document what you build. If it only exists in your head, it does not exist.

Strong advantage

Experience in spiritual, wellness, or lifestyle D2C categories — you understand the customer and the purchase psychology

Familiarity with QuickReply.ai or similar WhatsApp business automation tools

Experience managing logistics partners — Shadowfax, XpressBees, Shiprocket, or equivalent

Understanding of COD-heavy D2C operations in India — prepaid conversion strategies, RTO reduction, return management

Experience with GoKwik or similar checkout optimisation tools
