### Job Responsibilities

- Drive business growth through the Group Agency & Broking channel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage existing partner relationships and increase business through them.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.
- Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.

### Candidate Profile




- Candidates with relevant Health Insurance / General Insurance experience preferred.
- Experience in Group Insurance / Broking / Agency sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Valuable understanding of the insurance market and corporate/group business.
- Candidates should be within the specified age and CTC criteria.
