Role: Group Leader- Advisory & Sales (PCG)

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore/ Delhi

CTC: Up to 30 LPA

Industry: Financial Services

Role Summary:

The role would require complete P&L; responsibility for the Team reporting in. To make sure targets/goals are achieved as per projections for the financial year. To take the initiative in current business as given by the organisation.

To ensure quality deliverables within stipulated timelines- To ensure all processes are followed, keeping in mind the ethos of the organisation, mentoring and guiding team members, thereby increasing revenue and ensuring they achieve their assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the maintenance of the P&L; of the team/branch monthly.

- Ensure the timely delivery of customised equity advice to assigned PCG customers (trading and investment ideas) as per defined timelines.

- Pass on ground customer feedback to the Senior PCG Advisor as and when reported.

- Ensure and keep a check on the Advisory certification program for advisors as per defined timelines.





- Compliance and surveillance are to be checked at regular time intervals.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the wealth or broking industry & Bank (in case of sales ). Should be ready to move at least 4 members along with him or her. 2+ Years in a leadership role.

- Strong exposure to PCG client handling.

- Understanding of capital markets, including Derivatives, Currency, and Commodities.

- Graduation in any discipline, MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / ICWA / NCFM / AMFI.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- NISM certification preferred.
