Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of PCG Advisors / Wealth Managers.
- Drive revenue generation through equity advisory and investment products.
- Manage P&L; responsibility of the team and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Guide the team on equity, derivatives, currency and commodity advisory.
- Acquire and manage HNI / Ultra HNI clients.
- Ensure cross-selling of Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance and other investment products.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation / MBA Finance preferred
- Certifications like NCFM / AMFI / NISM preferred
- Minimum 5+ years experience in capital markets / wealth management
- At least 1+ years team handling experience
- Solid knowledge of equity markets, derivatives and investment products
