- Business PerformanceDrive sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional activities. Analyze store performance metrics and implement action plans to improve sales. Monitor category-wise sales and inventory movement. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets. Team ManagementLead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve operational excellence. - Stock ManagementEnsure optimum stock availability and minimize stock-outs. Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock audits. Control shrinkage, wastage, and pilferage. Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock replenishment.

Customer

ExperienceDeliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns. Ensure store cleanliness, product freshness, and attractive visual merchandising. Build customer loyalty through excellent shopping experiences.

Financial

ControlMonitor cash handling, billing operations, and daily store accounts. Control store expenses and ensure adherence to budgets. Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Required

QualificationsGraduate in any discipline. MBA/Retail Management is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role.

Experience in FMCG, Supermarket, Grocery, Organic Retail, or Up-to-date Trade preferred.
