About the Role

Shivalik Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create engaging visual content for our e-commerce business and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, good video editing skills, an understanding of basic e-commerce concepts, and the ability to create AI-generated videos and ad creatives for Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives for e-commerce platforms, social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging static images, banners, product creatives, carousels, reels, and short-form videos.
- Edit videos for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Reels, social media, and other digital channels.
- Create AI-generated videos using relevant AI video-generation tools for advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and visual content specifically designed to improve ad engagement and conversions.
- Understand basic e-commerce principles, including product listings, product presentation, promotional campaigns, offers, and conversion-focused creatives.
- Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats required for Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual content.
- Retouch and enhance product images and ensure all creatives maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, video trends, social media formats, and Meta advertising creative trends.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent software.
- Experience creating social media and performance marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads creative formats and requirements.
- Ability to create AI-generated videos using tools such as AI video-generation and editing platforms.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Good understanding of short-form video content such as Reels and performance marketing videos.
- Ability to convert a brief into creative, engaging, and conversion-oriented content.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with marketing and e-commerce teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with an e-commerce brand, D2C company, digital marketing agency, or performance marketing team.
- Experience creating creatives specifically for Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Experience with AI tools for image and video generation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, social media creatives, and/or ad creatives.
