Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gwalior.

The Graphic

Designer will create original visual assets for social media, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing materials aligned with client brand identity and goals.

Responsibilities include developing graphics for posts and reels, designing logos and brand elements, preparing layouts and templates, and ensuring consistent use of typography and color across all deliverables. The role involves collaborating closely with content creators, video editors, and strategists to translate briefs into effective designs,



iterating based on feedback, and preparing files for publishing.

The Graphic

Designer will also contribute design ideas for recent campaigns and help maintain a high standard of visual quality across all projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital assets for social media and online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to develop cohesive visual identities and brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with an understanding of font pairing, hierarchy, and readability for digital content.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar) and basic knowledge of motion or video-friendly assets is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in social media design, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong collaboration and communication skills are expected.
- A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, will be advantageous.
