Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at Neointeraction Design.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital products and brand communications, including social media creatives, marketing materials, and interface elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing high-quality graphics, refining layouts, and collaborating with UX designers, product teams, and stakeholders to maintain visual consistency. The role also involves preparing assets for delivery, following brand guidelines,



iterating based on feedback, and staying current with design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills for digital interfaces and marketing materials.
- Candidates should possess Logo Design and Branding skills to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Candidates should possess Typography skills to ensure clear, readable, and visually appealing text treatments.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch or similar) is required.
- Experience designing for web and mobile products, with an understanding of responsive and accessible design, is preferred.
- Ability to interpret briefs, present design rationale, and incorporate feedback in a constructive manner.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating digital design work and problem-solving through visual communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
