Mayskin is a science-forward, barrier-first skincare brand. Design is central to how we tell our story — and we're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring that story to life across every format we touch.

nThis is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune. Pune-based candidates only.

nAbout the role

nYou'll own the visual voice of the brand across digital and marketing channels — from scroll-stopping social content to motion pieces, product visuals, and short-form video. We want someone who thinks like a storyteller first and a designer second: someone who understands that every frame, every layout, and every edit is carrying a message.

nWhat you'll do

nMotion Graphics

n

n
- Design and animate motion graphics for social media, ads, product launches, and campaigns
n
- Create engaging animated explainers, product reveals, and brand storytelling pieces
n
- Bring static concepts to life with movement, transitions, and rhythm
n

nGraphic Design

n

n
- Design brand and marketing assets across social media, website, ads, packaging support, and campaigns
n
- Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints
n
- Create static creatives — posts, carousels, banners, product visuals, and promotional material
n

nVideo Editing

n

n
- Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and ad creatives
n




- Handle cuts, pacing, transitions, text overlays, colour, and sound
n
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats
n

nContent Creation

n

n
- Ideate and create original content in line with brand storytelling and campaign goals
n
- Collaborate on concepts, scripts, and creative direction for shoots and campaigns
n
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform-native styles to keep content fresh
n

nWhat we're looking for

n

n
- Solid creative instinct and a sharp eye for design, composition, and detail
n
- A genuine storyteller's mindset — you understand how visuals carry emotion and message
n
- Proficiency in motion graphics and animation (After Effects or equivalent)
n
- Solid graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
n
- Comfort with basic-to-intermediate video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
n
- Ability to take an idea from concept to finished asset independently
n
- A portfolio that shows range across motion, static, and video
n

nNice to have

- Experience in beauty, skincare, D2C, or lifestyle brands
n
- Familiarity with social-first content and short-form trends
