Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Kochi.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, infographics, and branding materials aligned with company and client guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and technical teams to translate complex IT concepts into clear and engaging designs, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

The Graphic

Designer will manage multiple design requests, prepare files for production, follow feedback and review cycles,



and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. The position requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting diverse IT projects.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI tools and other relevant design software.
- Experience creating digital assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and presentations, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and corporate stationery, including preparation of production-ready files.
- Skills in branding and visual identity, including logo design, style guides, and consistent application of brand elements across different media.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design concepts is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and interpret project requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an IT, technology, or B2B environment is beneficial.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print media is required.
