If you have basic graphic design skills, know how to leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to create engaging content, and can manage customer follow-ups efficiently, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Design engaging social media posts, stories, and promotional banners using Canva, Photoshop, or AI design tools. AI & Caption Generation: Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for daily post captions, trend research, and creative ideas. Daily Posting & Management: Schedule and publish daily updates across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Order
Tracking & Follow-up: Coordinate incoming customer orders, track fulfillment status, and provide prompt updates to ensure smooth deliveries.
Customer Interaction: Handle basic customer inquiries via DM/WhatsApp regarding products and order status.
Requirements: Hands-on experience with basic graphic design tools (Canva / Adobe Express / Photoshop). Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for text prompts and content research. Basic understanding of social media trends and scheduling. Good communication and organizational skills to follow up on orders systematically.
