About The Role We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing visual content from conception to final delivery.

Your creative expertise will be instrumental in designing engaging social media creatives, thumbnails, and various visual assets for marketing campaigns. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a combination of relevant skills and experience, including:

- 0-3 years of professional experience in graphic design or related fields
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma
- Strong understanding of social media content formats including carousels, static posts, thumbnails, and ad creatives
- Excellent sense of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, and branding principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote work setting
- Effective communication skills and openness to constructive feedback
- Familiarity with AI tools that streamline and enhance design workflows

- Design and produce creatives for various social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Create visually compelling static content, including social media posts, banners, and marketing assets based on campaign requirements
- Design engaging carousels, thumbnails, and ad creatives that capture audience attention and drive engagement

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm ideas and develop visual concepts for campaigns
- Organize and manage design assets efficiently to facilitate easy access and updates
