We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer who can independently manage CADLEC's complete creative requirements across Branding, E-commerce, Social Media, Packaging, Catalogues, Digital Advertising and Video Content.

The candidate should not depend on the marketing team for every creative idea. He/she should be capable of researching leading brands, competitors, category trends and new creative formats, and independently converting these insights into high-quality brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently conceptualize and design social media posts, campaign creatives, product launch creatives, festival creatives and promotional content.
- Create premium Amazon & Flipkart product images, A+ Content, Brand Store creatives, banners, infographics and comparison creatives.
- Design complete product packaging, boxes, labels, manuals and print-ready artworks.
- Design product catalogues, brochures, leaflets, POS material, dealer/distributor creatives and offline marketing material.
- Research leading Home & Kitchen Appliances brands, competitors and market trends and continuously bring new creative ideas for CADLEC.
- Understand product USPs/specifications and independently convert them into strong visual communication and product storytelling.
- Create/edit product videos, reels, promotional videos, short-form content and motion graphics.
- Have good understanding of product photography, image retouching, lifestyle compositions and product visualization.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, typography, colours and visual standards across all platforms.
- Independently manage projects from concept/brief to final execution while meeting deadlines.
- Use the latest AI image/video/design tools to improve creative quality, ideation and turnaround time.
- Continuously explore new AI tools, design trends and video-generation technologies and implement useful workflows within the company.





Current similar roles specifically seek Adobe Creative Suite plus AI image/video workflows, motion graphics, product visualization and the ability to independently take work from concept to final delivery. Software & Skills

AI/Modern Creative Tools: Candidate should have strong practical exposure to current AI image generation, AI video generation, generative fill, product visualization and creative automation tools and be capable of quickly learning new tools as they emerge. AI-assisted design is now explicitly appearing in current qualified design requirements as well.

Candidate Profile

- 58 years of strong Graphic/Visual Design experience.
- Experience with Home & Kitchen Appliances / Consumer Electronics / Consumer Durables / D2C product brands highly preferred.
- Strong experience in Packaging + E-commerce Creatives + Social Media + Catalogue Design is essential.
- Good hands-on Video Editing & Motion Graphics experience.
- Strong understanding of consumer product presentation and premium brand aesthetics.
- Should be able to research competitors and independently generate creative concepts, rather than only executing provided designs.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, branding and visual hierarchy.
- Must be fast, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple creative requirements simultaneously.
- Strong Portfolio is Mandatory.

Important Hiring Note We are not looking for a designer whose experience is limited to basic social media posts or template-based creatives.

Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating product-based brand creatives, packaging, catalogues, e-commerce creatives, advertising, social media and video/motion work.
