Beauty Garage is a leading professional haircare and salon products company committed to innovation, premium-quality products, and operational excellence.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality branding, promotional, digital, social media, packaging, and marketing creatives while maintaining brand consistency across all designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop creative artwork for salon branding and promotional campaigns.
- Create monthly schemes, offers, and promotional creatives.
- Design engaging social media posts, emailers, and digital marketing creatives.
- Develop catalogues, brochures, packaging designs, and marketing collaterals.
- Create birthday, anniversary, festive, and special occasion posts.
- Handle document editing and creative formatting as required.
- Create professional 3D mockups and product presentations.
- Perform photo manipulation, retouching, background removal, and image enhancement.
- Create visually appealing designs based on campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the marketing/team members to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and ensure artwork is delivered in the required formats and specifications.

Required Skills




- CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator - MANDATORY
- Strong knowledge of photo manipulation and image editing.
- Experience in creating 3D mockups and realistic product presentations.
- AI Image Generation expertise – MANDATORY (Hands on experience using Claude, FreePik, ChatGPT etc.)
- Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, branding, and visual composition.
- Ability to create both print and digital creatives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Creative thinker with a strong visual sense.
- Positive understanding of current social media design trends.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, packaging, brochures, photo manipulation, and AI-generated creatives will be preferred.

Qualifications / Education

- Bachelor's Degree in any Field /Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing; experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
