Bangalore, HSR Layout (4 days WFO + 1 day remote STRICTLY) | 3–6 years experience | IC role

MUST HAVES FOR THIS ROLE

1. Looking strictly for 1-4 years of work experience in graphic design, and video design only.
2. Basic VIDEO/ANIMATION graphic design skill is a MUST. (not looking for candidates who have experience ONLY with static designs)
3. Max CTC for this role is 6LPA. Please do not apply if your expected CTC is higher
4. This is a WFO role (4 days/week). No remote/WFH is possible.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating assets for digital media- for use on website and on social media (see www.tallect.com and our linkedin page)




- Strong skills with image and animation generation using AI (claude, nanobanana etc)
- Ability to develop and refine Branding elements that support a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout, ensuring clear, visually balanced designs across formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, , In Design, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalents).

- Portfolio demonstrating work in marketing creatives, product visuals, and video editing or motion graphics.
- Attention to detail, robust visual storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt designs to different audiences and channels.
