About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team at our Kalkaji, New Delhi office. This full time role is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in visual communication and brand aesthetics.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing engaging and innovative visual content across multiple platforms, including social media, website, product packaging, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of design fundamentals, contemporary branding trends, and the ability to craft compelling visual stories that align with brand objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, utilizing the latest AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong command of design principles including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and colour theory. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator, and other relevant design software is essential.

Experience in creating original visual concepts rather than relying solely on templates is highly valued. Candidates should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for craftsmanship in design, and the ability to balance brand aesthetics with performance-driven goals. Familiarity with digital marketing assets, performance ad creatives, and print design is preferred.

Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms will be considered an advantage. A portfolio showcasing 4-6 of your strongest projects across branding, social media, packaging, or digital campaigns is required to demonstrate your skills and creative versatility.

Responsibilities

- Design creatives for performance advertising campaigns, including social media posts, stories, and carousels that engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Create visually appealing website and landing page designs that enhance user experience and brand identity.
- Develop e-commerce banners, product listing assets, and promotional graphics to boost online sales.
- Design compelling packaging, product inserts,



and print collateral that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and appeal to consumers.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, video editors, marketers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to explore new visual directions, generate assets, and streamline the design process.
- Maintain consistency in visual language across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
