We are looking for a Graphic Designer – Intern/Fresher to join our team in Pune .
Location: Aundh, Pune (Work from Office - 5 days a week)
Duration: 3 - 6 Months (Convertible to a full-time role based on performance)
Stipend: Performance-based (depending on interview performance, relevant experience, and willingness to learn & contribute)

This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, and social media creatives while working on real client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials, banners, presentations, social media creatives, and promotional assets
- Develop visual concepts and designs from scratch based on a brief
- Create original design directions for different brands and campaigns
- Work within established brand guidelines while maintaining strong visual consistency
- Apply principles of typography, composition, colour, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Adapt and refine designs based on feedback
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to translate ideas into effective visual communication
- Assist with visual requirements for reels, videos, and other short-form content
Skills Required
- Formal education or training in graphic/visual/communication design is a must.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals , including typography, colour theory, composition, grids, layout, hierarchy, and visual balance
- Ability to conceptualise and create designs from scratch , rather than primarily modifying existing templates
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator ; familiarity with Canva is useful but not a substitute for these tools
- Ability to develop an original visual direction from a brief without relying heavily on AI-generated references, templates, or pre-existing designs
- Solid creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Who Should Apply Students, recent graduates, or freshers who:
- Have studied graphic design, communication design, visual design, or a related discipline , or have equivalent structured design training
- Have a genuine interest in design, branding, and visual communication
- Can demonstrate their ability to think through a design problem and create an original solution
- Have a portfolio that shows self-created design work , not just Canva templates, AI-generated concepts, or heavily adapted existing designs
- Are comfortable working with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Are interested in learning how design works within real brands, campaigns, and marketing projects
- Are comfortable working from Aundh, Pune
- Are available for at least 3 months
- Are serious about developing their design skills in a professional environment
Please note: This role is not intended for candidates whose primary design experience is limited to Canva templates or AI-assisted/AI-generated designs. We are looking for someone with a genuine understanding of design fundamentals and the ability to develop visual concepts independently.
