Were looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join Formial. This is a video-first role, focused on creating high-quality, high-performing content for social media and paid advertising.

Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos, UGC, Reels and Meta Ads from raw footage, scripts and concepts.

- Create engaging videos using AI tools, animations, motion graphics, transitions, sound design and visual effects.

- Develop multiple creative variations, hooks and formats for creative testing.

- Create static ads, social media creatives and other graphic design assets.

- Work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into compelling, conversion-focused creatives.

- Experiment with new AI tools and creative formats to improve quality and speed of production.

Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in video editing and digital content creation.

- Strong understanding of hooks,



storytelling, pacing, visual composition and social media content.

- Proficient in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent.

- Strong motion graphics and animation skills.

- Experience with UGC, performance marketing or D2C creatives is a strong plus.

- Comfortable using and experimenting with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva, etc.

- Good graphic design fundamentals and a strong visual/creative eye.

- Curious, fast-moving and excited to experiment with current creative ideas.

Portfolio is mandatory. We care more about the quality and creativity of your work than the number of years of experience.
