Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theoretical & practical gemology training for GG programs
- Train students in diamond grading, colored stones, identification, treatments & grading standards
- Demonstrate gemological instruments and testing techniques
- Conduct practical assessments, examinations & projects
- Develop and update course content, presentations & practical exercises
- Mentor students and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure training aligns with academic and gemological standards
- Support workshops, seminars and industry sessions
- Stay updated with gemology trends, treatments and grading practices
Requirements
- GG / Diploma / Degree in Gemology from a recognized institution
- Strong knowledge of diamond & colored stone identification/grading
- Excellent practical knowledge of gemological instruments
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Excellent English communication is mandatory
- Bangalore: English + Kannada is mandatory
