We are looking for a Government Licensing Executive who can coordinate with various Government Departments, Authorities, and Regulatory Bodies for obtaining approvals, registrations, licenses, and certifications required for business operations. The candidate should be capable of handling documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining professional relationships with government officials.

Key Responsibilities

Government departments and authorities for licensing and approval-related work.

Apply for new licenses, registrations, renewals, and statutory approvals.

Prepare, submit, and maintain all required documentation and compliance records.

Follow up with government offices to ensure timely approvals and clearances.

Coordinate with internal departments for collecting documents and information.

Track license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.

Maintain records of all government communications and approvals.

Visit government offices regularly for submissions, meetings, and follow-ups.

Stay updated on government regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.





Support the Government Sales team in vendor registrations and tender-related documentation.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of government procedures and documentation.

Ability to coordinate with officials and departments professionally.

Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in Government Liaison, Licensing, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Government Sales preferred.

Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience

Experience in handling Government Licensing, Registrations, Certifications, Vendor Empanelment, GEM Registration, BIS-related documentation, Factory Licenses, Trade Licenses, or similar compliance work.

Prior experience dealing with Government Departments and Authorities will be an added advantage.

Salary

As per experience and interview performance.
