Role Description The Google Ads Expert will manage and optimize performance-driven campaigns for Indiakarobar and its clients, with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth for Indian businesses. In this full time, on-site role based in Surat, the individual will conduct keyword research, set up and refine search, display, and YouTube campaigns, and continuously monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Daily responsibilities include creating ad copies and extensions, managing budgets and bids, implementing A/B tests, and aligning campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies.

The role also involves collaborating with content, design,



and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, preparing clear performance reports, and suggesting data-backed improvements.

Expert will stay updated on platform changes and best practices to improve campaign efficiency across diverse industries and regions in India.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Google Ads campaign setup and optimization, including search, display, and video campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
- Proficiency in keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and use of tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive ad copy and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
