Field Sales Executive – Banking / Loan Sales

- Generate new leads through field visits and direct customer interactions.

- Promote and sell Gold Loans, Business Loans, Housing Loans, and Micro Loans.

- Identify customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the loan process.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Coordinate with branch and internal teams for smooth application processing.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales / Loan Sales preferred.

- Education: 12th Pass.

- Experience in B2B Sales, Gold Loan, Business Loan, Housing Loan, Branch Banking, or Micro Loan Sales.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Valuable communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Comfortable with regular field visits.

- Age: 21–40 years.

- Any gender can apply.
