About Build Fast with AI:

IIT Delhi alumni-founded AI Ed-Tech company. We run cohort-based AI training, consulting (rapid prototyping, AI integration, new product dev), and corporate training — with 50,000+ community members and clients from Google, BCG, McKinsey, Amazon, Shell. We move rapid, ship things, and figure out the rest along the way.

What you'll do:

Basically, you're the person who turns "we should grow" into an actual plan — and then runs it.

- Map our AI training funnel (event → enrollment → consulting lead) and hunt down exactly where we're bleeding people
- Build ICP segments and stop talking to developers, PMs, and business leaders like they're the same person
- Design and run 2–3 acquisition experiments a week — some will flop, that's the point
- Build an outbound playbook for consulting/corporate training — targets, pitch, collateral, the works




- Go find us 10 new potential partners a month
- Report your wins (and your flops) weekly, straight to the founders — no middle layer

What we need:

- A structured thinker who can turn "grow the business" into a testable plan, not a vibe
- Someone who's comfortable with numbers — funnels, conversion, spreadsheets, all of it
- You use AI tools daily. Not "used Claude/ChatGPT once." Daily. If that's not you, this isn't your role.

Nice to have: prior GTM/growth internship, ran GTM for a club/project/side hustle, B2B/SaaS exposure
