A senior leadership role for a seasoned ServiceNow skilled who combines technical authority, commercial judgment, and executive storytelling. This role sits within the global ServiceNow Practice and works directly with the Global ServiceNow Practice Leader to shape, scale, and execute our presales and solution consulting agenda. This is a visible, high-impact role focused on executive client engagement, complex deal shaping, and raising the bar for how Genpact positions ServiceNow-led transformations.

Role Overview

As Global Leader - Application Development 2, you will be a senior leader within Genpact’s ServiceNow Presales and Solution Consulting organization, accountable for leading some of our most strategic pursuits, mentoring senior solution architects, and representing the practice in critical client and partner engagements. You will be a core member of the leadership team, trusted to independently drive executive conversations, shape differentiated solution strategies, and materially influence outcomes on large, complex opportunities. You are a trusted advisor and master storyteller—equally comfortable engaging C-suite executives, guiding sales leaders on deal strategy, and pressure-testing solution architectures with enterprise and platform architects.

Responsibilities:

1. Deal & Practice Leadership





- Partner closely with the Global ServiceNow Practice Leader to execute the presales vision and priorities for the practice
- Serve as solution and presales lead for large, complex, and strategic ServiceNow pursuits
- Shape deal strategies, solution positioning, and value propositions for priority accounts and industries
- Act as a senior escalation and advisory point for critical presales situations

1. Executive Client Engagement & Storytelling

- Lead high-stakes C-suite client conversations, articulating credible, outcome-driven ServiceNow transformation narratives
- Translate client strategy, operating challenges, and industry context into differentiated ServiceNow roadmaps
- Elevate Genpact’s executive storytelling through polished POVs, keynote-level presentations, and executive demos
- Coach presales teams to move from product-centric demos to value-, outcome-, and transformation-led narratives

1. Solution Architecture & Innovation

- Provide senior oversight and guidance on solution architecture across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, S2P, industry workflows, and AI / GenAI-led use cases
- Drive the creation and reuse of high-impact solution assets, demonstrations, accelerators, and industry frameworks
- Ensure solution designs are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture and transformation best practices

1. Presales Excellence, Enablement & Governance

- Mentor and coach senior presales architects and solution consultants, raising executive readiness and overall quality
- Set and reinforce high standards for client-facing artifacts including solution designs, proposals, commercials, and presentations
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Industry leaders to ensure continuity from deal shaping through execution
- Contribute to presales operating models, enablement content, and governance processes under the direction of the global practice leadership

Qualifications we seek in you!

- Experience in enterprise technology consulting, with deep expertise in ServiceNow
- Senior-level experience in presales, solution consulting, enterprise architecture,



or advisory roles
- Demonstrated success shaping and winning large, complex, multi-tower ServiceNow deals
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, ecosystem, and enterprise architecture patterns
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise C-level stakeholders
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven commercial acumen, including deal shaping, business case development, and proposal leadership • Experience operating as part of a global practice leadership team
- Strong collaboration experience with ServiceNow and broader ecosystem partners
- ServiceNow certifications and presales accreditations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
