Job Requirements

Role :-

Support the end-to-end development, execution, and delivery of Green Hydrogen projects. Work across technical, commercial, regulatory, financial, procurement, and construction functions to ensure successful progression of projects from concept through commissioning and start-up.

Key Responsibilities :-

Project development, feasibility studies, stakeholder management, permits, project planning, schedule tracking, EPC coordination, construction monitoring, commissioning support, risk management and reporting.

Project Development and Management :-

· Support end-to-end development of Green Hydrogen and derivative projects from concept to commercial operation.

· Coordinate development activities across renewable power, electrolysis, utilities, storage, transmission, and downstream facilities.

· Work with engineering consultants, technology providers, EPC contractors, utilities, and government agencies.

· Support site selection, feasibility studies, infrastructure assessment, and project permitting activities.

· Track key project development milestones and ensure timely closure of critical actions.

· Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules,



budgets, risks, and deliverables.

· Develop and maintain project trackers, action logs, dashboards, and management reports.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical, commercial, regulatory, and construction workstreams.

· Facilitate project review meetings and drive closure of identified issues and action items.

· Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications :-

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from NITs or equivalent premier institutes.

Experience :-

Fresh graduates with solid academic credentials may apply.

Desired Skills :-

Strong analytical ability, communication, stakeholder management, MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, willingness to travel.

Location :-

Noida (with required travel to project sites)
