Exp: Fresher Location: Pune CTC: Up 3.75 LPA Certification: B1 Or B2 :

- • Manage end-to-end German Voice and Customer Support interactions efficiently.
- Provide skilled and empathetic resolutions to customer queries in German.
- Maintain the mandatory B1 OR B2 certification standard in all verbal and written interactions.
- Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance user experience.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic attitude during all team interactions • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed We are looking for candidates who can join us in Immediate Joiners.
