Responsibilities :

- Build and optimize AI-first content and data pipelines to improve visibility across LLM platforms.
- Design and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies (next-gen SEO for AI search).
- Work on prompt optimization, retrieval structuring, and semantic ranking for AI systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content is AI-consumable and discoverable.
- Optimize structured and unstructured data for LLM ingestion (RAG pipelines, embeddings, metadata tagging).
- Analyze how AI systems surface content and continuously improve ranking signals within AI outputs.
- Experiment with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) techniques for direct answer-based discovery.
- Monitor performance using AI analytics tools and refine strategies based on user query patterns.





What we're looking for :

- 4 years of overall qualified experience, with meaningful experience in SEO roles.
- 1 years of hands-on experience in GEO, AEO, or similar AI-driven search optimization.
- Strong understanding of modern SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI/LLM-based ranking, including semantic search, entity optimization, query intent, and content relevance.
- Good understanding of LLM ecosystems such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Engineering background with a B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent degree.
- Exposure to Digital-first companies, consumer tech, fintech, SaaS, or marketing agencies.
