Role Description This full-time, in office General Physician role is based at the NURA center in Gurugram.

The General

Physician will conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations of individuals undergoing preventive health screenings, including detailed history-taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic and AI-enabled imaging reports. The role includes explaining screening results, counseling clients on risk factors and lifestyle modifications, and recommending appropriate follow-up investigations or referrals. The physician will collaborate closely with nursing and technical staff to ensure smooth screening workflows, maintain accurate medical records,



and uphold NURA’s clinical quality and safety standards.

Additional responsibilities include participating in clinical protocols, contributing to health education initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement of screening practices.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of health conditions identified through screening.
- Background in Family Medicine and experience in preventive healthcare or wellness programs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing teams and multidisciplinary staff in a screening center environment.
- Experience in Training, including mentoring junior clinicians or nurses and supporting continuous clinical education.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Prior experience as a General Physician or in outpatient/primary care settings; exposure to diagnostic imaging or AI-assisted tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills, with a patient-centered, non-judgmental approach to discussing lifestyle and risk factors.
- Ability to work in a structured, protocol-driven environment, with strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice.
