The Role

Techjays builds and deploys business agents for enterprise clients. We’re growing from a services model into vertical businesses, and we need a General Manager to own them.

You’ll run existing verticals with full P&L; responsibility and take current verticals from idea to operating business. You will report directly to the Founder & CEO.

What You Own

- P&L; for assigned verticals: revenue, margin, utilisation and hiring plans
- New vertical launches: market thesis, offer definition, pricing, first clients and team build
- Delivery leadership across your verticals: quality,



timelines and client outcomes
- A leadership bench: hiring, coaching and holding vertical leads accountable
- Weekly operating rhythm with the CEO: numbers, risks and decisions

What We’re Looking For

- 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years running a business unit, practice or vertical with P&L; ownership
- Experience building something from zero: a practice, a vertical, a region or a product line
- Software services or consulting background; AI/ML delivery exposure is a strong plus
- Experience hiring and managing senior leaders, not just teams
- Comfortable working with enterprise clients in the US and across time zones
- Based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate
