We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee and manage the overall business operations of Suncor. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales and operations, developing dealer and distributor networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall business operations and ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business, sales and growth targets.
- Lead and manage sales, marketing and operational teams.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor and retail networks.
- Identify recent markets and business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, expenses, collections and overall profitability.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, customers and business partners.
- Set targets, review team performance and ensure timely achievement of goals.




- Coordinate with different departments to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
- Handle important business decisions and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and review regular business reports for management.
- Take ownership of overall company performance and business growth.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, decision-making and team-management skills, along with experience in sales, business development and operations. Experience in electrical, hardware, machinery, consumer products or a similar industry will be preferred. The candidate should be target-oriented, proactive and willing to travel for business development and market visits.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
