We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee and manage our complete UAE recruitment and manpower operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage UAE clients and maintain strong business relationships

- Handle recruitment requirements from job order to candidate deployment

- Supervise recruitment, visa processing, medical, documentation and ticketing

- Manage client payment follow-up and collections

- Lead and monitor the recruitment and operations team

- Coordinate with UAE clients, partners and candidates

- Resolve operational and client-related issues

- Monitor targets, pending matters and overall business performance

- Report directly to the Managing Director

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant management experience

- PG Qualification

- Strong leadership and people-management skills

- Ability to take ownership and make decisions independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Robust negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
