:

A General Manager or Manager (Billing & Dispatch) oversees the complete supply chain process. This role manages invoicing, order processing, inventory tracking, and product shipping.

Core Responsibilities

- Order Processing: Oversee the transition of sales orders into confirmed shipments.

- Billing Management: Ensure accurate, timely invoice generation and handle payment reconciliations.

- Dispatch Operations: Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule safe, efficient deliveries.

- Compliance: Follow tax laws, shipping regulations, and company financial policies.

- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate billing clerks and dispatch coordinators.

- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transport carriers.

Required Qualifications

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience:

- Manager level: 5 to 8 years in billing, logistics, or dispatch.

- General Manager level: 10+ years with senior leadership experience.

- Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel.

- Excellent problem-solving skills for handling shipment delays or billing disputes.

- Clear verbal and written communication.
