Experienced Senior Consultant role focused on generative AI and software engineering for enterprise supply chain and product development use cases. Work spans agentic AI, PLM platforms, RAG solutions, and cloud integration.

Role: GenAI – Software Engineer III

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Experience

- 6-9 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or product lifecycle management
- 3+ years of experience in PLM design and development using Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP PLM, or a comparable platform
- 2+ years of experience building LLM-driven agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable frameworks
- Experience building RAG solutions using structured and unstructured supply chain, engineering, or product data
- Experience with Python in production-grade application development
- Experience with vector databases, graph databases, and cloud deployment on AWS and/or Azure, including artificial intelligence and machine learning services
- Robust programming experience in Python
- Understanding of software development life cycle and Agile practices

Qualification

- MSc (Computer Science)
- equivalent degree from an accredited university

Responsibilities

- Design, build,



and deploy agentic AI and generative AI solutions for product development use cases
- Configure and extend PLM platforms to support workflows, data models, and integrations
- Build LLM agents, multi-agent workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation solutions
- Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms and cloud environments
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
- Validate outputs and measure performance through defined operational metrics
- Work with functional and technical teams
- Individually deliver high quality work products within due timelines
- Mentor or direct junior team members when needed
- Liaise with onsite and offshore teams to understand functional requirements

Additional Responsibilities

- Work across enterprise performance areas including finance, supply chain, and IT
- Help clients address complex supply chain challenges using emerging technologies
- Support planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution use cases
- Contribute to digital transformation and measurable business outcomes
- Support Deloitte client service teams and strategic advisors
- Align strategic objectives with frontline execution to improve operational performance

Nice To Have

- AWS and/or Azure machine learning certifications
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Manhattan, or comparable enterprise platforms




- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Delta Lake, or PySpark
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere models with cloud services
- Experience with electronic data interchange, X12, EDIFACT, customs classification, or trade compliance
- Experience with multi-echelon inventory optimization, network optimization, production scheduling, constraint-based planning, regulated industries, or responsible artificial intelligence and explainability
- Shift timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
