Ladder Logix is looking for a GenAI & Digital Automation Engineer who can turn AI tools and business data into smart, automated solutions that improve productivity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Work with AI tools like ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini and Claude to create smart solutions. Create AI-based automation to reduce manual work and improve business processes. Connect different software, apps and APIs to automate daily tasks. Create easy AI prompts, workflows and knowledge systems. Use basic Python or JavaScript when needed for automation. Handle SEO activities like keyword research, website improvement, product pages and blogs.

Check Google Search

Console and Google Analytics to improve website traffic and enquiries. Create reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets or BI tools. Analyze sales, customer, inventory and website data to find useful business insights.

Regularly improve AI tools, automation systems and digital processes. What We’re Looking For:



Good understanding of Generative AI and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude. Basic knowledge of AI agents, automation and workflows.

Good understanding of APIs and software integrations. Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.

Ability to understand business requirements and find smart automation solutions. Good analytical, problem-solving and learning skills. Willingness to learn new AI tools and technologies.
