1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related fields
2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to analyze complex business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions
3. Proficiency in building and deploying generative AI models, including expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
4. Ability to work in a cooperative, cross-functional team environment
5. Leadership of large, cross functional global teams and ownership of AI & GenAI transformation programs
6. Strong stakeholder management at CXO and VP levels

Excellent communication for executive storytelling and solution visualization
8. Proficiency in the following:

- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI models
- Experience in programming languages like Python, R, or other coding platforms relevant to AI model development
- Good understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security aspects for structured and unstructured data.
- RAG, vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, Agentic workflows, tool calling, memory systems, Prompt engineering, tuning strategies, evaluation frameworks, multi-model orchestration and inference optimization
