We are looking for a hands-on Gen AI Developer / AI Backend Engineer with 5+ years of development experience to build and integrate AI-powered backend applications.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python development
- Experience with Generative AI / LLM applications
- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Strong experience with LangChain
- Experience developing APIs using FastAPI
- Experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and AI services
- Positive understanding of REST APIs and backend development
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Role Expectations

- Develop and maintain AI-powered backend services
- Build RAG pipelines and LLM-based applications
- Develop scalable APIs using FastAPI
- Integrate LLMs and external AI services into backend applications
- Write clean, production-ready Python code
- Work closely with development and product teams to deliver Gen AI solutions

Important: We are looking for a hands-on hardcore developer , not a senior architect or purely managerial profile.
