Key Responsibilities:

- Full-time in office role for a Garment Production Assistant, located in Mumbai
- Overseeing the production process, coordinate with Design team, vendors, ensure quality control, manage production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of products
- Overseeing the entire production cycle from the time the sample is ready to final product delivery
- The individual will also work closely with the design team to translate designs into high-quality garments

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in garment production management and coordination

· Possess strong production assistance skills, including coordination,



scheduling, basic garment construction understanding, cutting, and sewing techniques
- Quality control and assurance expertise
- Production planning and scheduling
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of excel files, google sheets and software as may be required for the job role
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Management, or related field is preferred
- Experience in luxury fashion is a plus
