The candidate will be responsible for the basic IT and gaming operations at CryptX.

When customers arrive, the candidate should be able to prepare the gaming setup, switch on PCs and PS5 consoles, launch games, assist customers with basic gaming issues, and ensure the gaming area is ready for use.

The candidate will also support snooker table setup and ball arrangement and coordinate with the reception team during customer sessions.Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate Gaming PCs for customers.
- Set up PS5, controllers and games.
- Handle basic PC, PS5 and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Arrange snooker balls and maintain the snooker area.
- Assist customers with board games when required.
- Help customers with basic gaming-related queries.
- Keep gaming equipment clean and organized.
- Report technical issues or damaged equipment to management.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Gaming PC, Windows & PS5.
- Basic knowledge of PC games and controllers.
- Basic knowledge of Snooker and ball arrangement.
- Valuable customer-handling and communication skills.
- Tamil required; basic English preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
