Role & Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day operations at a furniture manufacturing facility.

- Manage and coordinate workers across different stages of furniture production.

- Allocate work according to production requirements and order priorities.

- Monitor ongoing orders and ensure production targets and timelines are met.

- Coordinate between carpentry, upholstery, finishing, assembly, packing and dispatch teams.

- Check the quality, finishing and readiness of furniture before dispatch.

- Identify production delays, material shortages and other issues and take timely action.

- Coordinate with stores and purchase teams regarding raw materials and components.

- Monitor worker attendance, productivity and allocation of work.

- Maintain daily production records and reports using Microsoft Excel.

- Coordinate with the B2B and sales teams regarding production status and pending orders.

- Ensure the factory floor and production process remain organised and effective.

- Report daily production progress,



delays and important issues to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 38 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or furniture factory operations.

- Strong practical knowledge of furniture production processes.

- Experience managing and coordinating factory workers.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computers.

- Ability to plan production and prioritise multiple orders.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day production issues independently.

- Experience with sofas, beds, dining furniture, wooden furniture or similar products will be preferred.

- Experience handling customised or B2B furniture orders will be an advantage.

- Candidates should be comfortable working from our Kasheli, Bhiwandi facility.

- The role may occasionally require extended working hours depending on production requirements.
