Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced - AI/ML Engineer- with strong hands-on expertise in - Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI- . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent agent-based solutions.

The candidate should have strong Python development skills and experience building scalable AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks, cloud AI platforms, APIs, and enterprise CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy - Generative AI and LLM-powered applications- for enterprise use cases.
- Build and optimize - RAG pipelines- , including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and response generation.
- Design and develop - AI Agents and multi-agent workflows- using frameworks such as - LangGraph, CrewAI, and PydanticAI- .
- Develop effective - prompt engineering strategies- to improve LLM accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate LLMs and AI services with enterprise applications through - REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures- .
- Build scalable and production-ready AI/ML solutions using - Databricks and cloud AI platforms- .
- Develop reusable AI components, services, and APIs following enterprise software engineering best practices.
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, testing, and optimization strategies for LLM and AI applications.
- Work with engineering, data, product, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.




- Implement and maintain - CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git- for AI application development and deployment.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements related to - security, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance- .
- Stay current with emerging developments in - Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI engineering- .

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with - Python- .
- Strong experience in - Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)- .
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing - RAG workflows- .
- Experience building - AI Agents / Agentic AI- using one or more of :
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- PydanticAI
- Strong understanding of - Prompt Engineering- and LLM interaction patterns.
- Experience with - Databricks and cloud-based AI platforms- .
- Robust experience developing and integrating - REST APIs- .
- Experience with - WebSockets and event-driven architectures- .
- Hands-on experience with - Jenkins CI/CD and Git- .
- Experience developing and deploying - enterprise AI applications- .

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of vector databases and embedding technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as - AWS, Azure, or GCP- .
- Knowledge of microservices and scalable distributed architectures.
- Experience with AI security, responsible AI, and enterprise governance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
