n• NAV process & expense calculation

n• Financial markets knowledge

n• Reconciliation & fund services

n• Mutual Fund / Hedge Fund operations

n• Expense calculation and analysis

n• Strong communication and stakeholder management

n• Exception management and issue resolution

n

n? Key Responsibilities

n• Manage SLA-based critical activities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure

n• Handle exceptions and drive timely resolution

n• Identify and escalate discrepancies and potential delays

n• Manage group email inboxes and respond to queries within SLA

n• Allocate daily work and monitor team deliverables

n• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process-related queries





n• Serve as the first escalation point for operational issues

n• Manage email and query queues effectively

n• Prepare and deliver accurate MIS and performance metrics

n• Ensure accurate closure of end-of-day activities and checklists

n

n? Ideal Candidate

nProfessionals with 3+ years of experience in fund services, financial operations, reconciliation, NAV, expense processing, or investment operations, along with solid analytical and communication skills.
