Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Functional Consultant role based in Mysore.

The Functional

Consultant will analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective ERP and WMS solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting functional workshops, configuring systems, supporting implementation and go-live activities, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery. The role also involves preparing functional documentation, training end users,



and providing ongoing support to optimize system usage and process efficiency. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and align solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, assess process gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder interaction, requirement gathering, user training, and documentation.
- Solid understanding of Business Process management, including mapping, optimization, and workflow design in ERP/WMS contexts.
- Consulting capabilities to manage client expectations, propose best practices, and guide organizations through change and system adoption.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance processes relevant to ERP modules such as invoicing, costing, and reporting.
- Preferred: Experience with ERP implementation, warehouse management solutions, or IIoT-related projects.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a rapid-paced environment.
